A really interesting piece by here on the trends that will change our world. I am reading more and more about how technology will change organisational structures and hierarchies will disappear. Having left the corporate world and now i am the one looking in, I am starting to see, and understand, how damaging for organisations this can be. Will be interesting to see which are prepared to change, and those that are not.
The hierarchical pyramid organizations stuffed with redundant roles described in libraries of role descriptions are end of life. We can no longer use these illusionary walls between people. We have to connect with each other on a deeper and more natural level to continue growth.
